The king of celebrations. Any special moment can be enjoyed with these elegant bubbles, coming from the Unesco World Heritage hills of Valdobbiadene.

Clay, sandstone, marl and the temperature variation of the special Valdobbiadene microclimate help us bottle a lively mineral and fruity wine, with elegant aromas of citrus and flowers. We preserve these characteristics with a very long and slow Charmat method. It takes at least 8 weeks of second fermentation to get such a fine perlage and intense bouquet.
