How do we make it? We make the wine ferment with the Charmat method and make it last 6 to 7 weeks, reaching 2.5 bar pressure. Then, there is a trick. The grapes come from our Civranetta estate, a unique place. It is like an oasis, surrounded by ancient trees, where wild plants and waterways give wildlife a place to hide, protecting our vines, helping them find balance in nature. No chemicals and constant care for almost 50 years make a difference. This is how our vines can drain the best from the Caranto soil of our Civranetta estate.
So you can feel the mineral touch and fresh aromas of our Prosecco Frizzante, without having too much pressure on your tongue. It comes with two different closure systems. Enjoy it with fish, appetisers, plant based dishes and anything that makes you feel good. We put all of our care in making it and so did Mother Nature.
