Back to the roots of Prosecco, when each bottle fermented on its own.
This is our way to say thanks to grandfathers and bring their tradition back, using our delicious biodynamic grapes from Civranetta estate. We press them, make a base wine and bottle it. We add our indigenous yeasts to each bottle, close it and wait. Magic done.
