Back to the roots of Prosecco, when each bottle fermented on its own.

This is our way to say thanks to grandfathers and bring their tradition back, using our delicious biodynamic grapes from Civranetta estate. We press them, make a base wine and bottle it. We add our indigenous yeasts to each bottle, close it and wait. Magic done.

Prosecco Frizzante “Il fondo” is dry and tasty, with pleasant foamy bubbles to tickle your tongue. It is perfect for any situation, matches your everyday lunch or dinner and works amazingly as aperitif wine. Try it with fish, plant based dishes, chicken, fresh cheese or pasta. You’d better keep one ready for any occasion.

The vineyards are located in the old family estate, Tenuta Civranetta, close to the lagoon of Venice
“Caranto”, a compact clay-loam soil with calcareous nodules, dating back to the Pleistocene era
Pale straw yellow with typical veiling of the sur lie fermentation
Pleasant hints of green apple, white peach. A splash of citrus on mineral background
On the palate it is sapid, pasty, fresh and harmonious. Floral and fruity, with slight bread crust aromas
6°-8°C Consume it limpid after it has separated from the deposit, or still slightly turbid
The contact with the yeasts on the bottom makes it soft. Pleasant as an aperitif, it canbe served as well throughout the meal paired with delicate dishes. Try it with fried calamari and shrimps. Ideal also in combination with dishes rich in fats, such as mountain cheeses and cold cuts. Its versatility makes it an interesting match with spicy Asian cuisine
